Refund Policy

You can ask for a refund of purchased Credits you have not used. On the Credits page, choose how many and send the request.

Only unused purchased Credits can be refunded. Free Credits, such as the free first Question, and Credits already used for delivered Answers cannot be refunded. A Question that gets no Answer does not use a Credit, so there is nothing to refund for it.

You can have one request open at a time. Credits you use while it is open can no longer be refunded.

We review each request and reply within 7 days. Once it is approved, the Credits are removed from your balance and the money is returned to the Khalti or eSewa account you paid with.
